From North (Ormond Area)-- take I-95 south to Beville Road exit.  Continue on Beville Road (east).  Turn Right (south) onto Nova Rd.  The gym is on the left.  You will need to do a legal Uturn when first available.  The gym will be on your Rt (east) across from Trott's Carpet.

From South (Port Orange Area) -- take I-95 north to to Beville Road exit.  Continue on Beville Road (east).  Turn Right (south) onto Nova Rd.  The gym is on the left.  You will need to do a legal Uturn when first available.  The gym will be on your Rt (east) across from Trott's Carpet.
